FREE HIRE OF EQUIPMENT & LINE RENTAL...
All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling (£) and pence (p). Hire of equipment and line rental are FREE to clients who spend an average of only £5.00 a day, then a flat charge of just £1.00 a day will be added to your invoice (75p in the case of SIM card hire).

TAXES...
Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all charges at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%) for all calls originating in the UK and other countries of the European Union (EU). No VAT is charged for calls made outside the EU.

DEPOSIT...
A deposit of £200 is taken from your credit card (£400 is you are taking the phone outside the UK) and refunded, after deduction of charges, when you are invoiced, 14 days later after you return the hire phone. Credit terms may be granted to corporate clients.

INSURANCE...
No charge is made for insuring the hire equipment, but if it is lost, stolen or otherwise seriously damaged, excess charges will be added to your invoice.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION...
We deliver phones for a standard charge of £7.00 throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. Collections from the UK are also charged at £7.00. Deliveries and collections elsewhere are charged at prices quoted at cost. These charges are irrespective of how many phones are being delivered or collected at the same address at the same time.
